Edward Spooner

B.S.E.E., JD., Principal and Managing Member;
Attorney, Lic. Broker and MLO

Edward is an experienced real estate attorney, mortgage broker, and private investor. As an attorney since 2001, Edward provides legal advice on real estate and other business-related transactions ranging from complex acquisitions and securitized lending transactions to corporate counseling, contracts, and asset management. He is also the owner and founder of La Jolla Funding Group, Inc., a private lending and joint venture investment company. Prior to law and real estate investing, Edward worked for twelve years as an electrical engineer and engineering Division Manager for an international engineering company. Edward brings a broad knowledge base of expertise to his work and is currently practicing in the areas of commercial and residential loans, construction loans, joint ventures, asset management, contracts, and corporate issues.

Eugene Labunsky

Principal and Managing Member; Lic. Contractor and Developer

Eugene is an experienced land developer and building contractor.  Since 2003, he has developed and/or built over 800 new homes in price points ranging from $160K to $4MM and developed approximately 1,500 multifamily units.  He is well versed in complex land acquisitions, subdivision projects, land partitioning, city and state permitting processes, subcontractor negotiations and contracting, and both large and small construction project financing.  Eugene has extensive experience in all areas related to land development and construction.

WCCC loan programs include the new construction loans for SFRs, Apts., Condos, fix and flip, and other commercial real estate-related transactions. We are here for both builders and developers considering new construction loans.
